Who can visit?

The Krispy Keme giving grotto is open to all, but due to capacity constraints we can only welcome 100 guests on the day. Group sizes need to be smaller than four, and children must be always accompanied by a legal guardian.

What if I can’t join the event on the 3rd December, or I’m not under the first 100 visitors to queue?

For everyone who can’t make it to our Giving Grotto in Stratford on the 3rd December we’ll live stream a Santa’s Grotto live experience on our TikTok channel, with some fabulous prizes to be won. Follow us on TikTok and join us virtually on the day.

Do you sell tickets to the event?

We don’t sell tickets to our Krispy Kreme Giving grotto event. Entry will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Entry is limited to the first 100.

How is Krispy Kreme working with the Make A wish foundation?

Krispy Kreme will select lucky winners at random, with 1 in 10 grotto visitors having a chance to win the year’s supply worth of doughnuts for their nomm-inated person. Grotto-goers will also be given the option to donate their prize to Make-A-Wish UK who will use the doughnuts to spread joy at events they host throughout 2024.

Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto Event UK Stratford

1) The Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto takes place on Sunday, 3rd December 2023, 10:00 – 18:00, at Krispy Kreme Westfield. 2) Children aged 16 or under, must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a legal guardian. A group size of up to 4 people can visit at the same time. 3) Entry to the Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto will be granted on a first come first serve basis. The first 100 in the queue will gain entry and will receive an entry token upon arrival. The queue will open on Sunday, 3rd December 10:00. 4) Krispy Kreme reserves the right to close the Giving Grotto early or delay the opening without prior notice, to cancel or amend the offer at any time. Opening times may vary. 5) There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition or the Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto event. 6) Krispy Kreme aims to provide a three-minute interaction time per person within the Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto, but reserves the right to change the duration of the interaction without prior notice. 7) Krispy Kreme reserves the right to refuse entry on the day. 8) No other Krispy Kreme locations, incl. 1) Entry to the Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto in Stratford entitles customers to a free four pack of Original Glazed doughnuts at Krispy Kreme Stratford on Sunday, 3rd December 2023. Krispy Kreme giving grotto Year's worth of doughnuts prize, Stratford UK 

1) To enter this competition, participants must be aged 18+ and must be a resident of the United Kingdom. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition or the Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto event. 2) To enter the competition, contact details need to be provided in person at the Krispy Kreme Giving Grotto event in Stratford on Sunday, 3rd December 2023. Only the first 100 in the queue will be able to take part in this competition.
