We are not accepting reusable cups at the moment, but will honour the 20p discount for any who brings in a reusable cup.

Bringing joy to the communities we serve is at the heart of Krispy Kreme’s purpose. We have been delighted to introduce our Serving Smiles programme which has achieved over 900,000 contactless doughnut drops in local communities in the last six months. Every month we are celebrating different groups of Community Heroes with 50% off a dozen doughnuts every Wednesday. We are also part of the Blue Light cardholders programme which enables critical workers to access 10% off our menu anytime, and on Wednesdays they will be entitled to either 10% off our entire menu or 50% off any dozen doughnuts.

The NHS have said it is very unlikely that the virus is passed on through food and as of now, there’s no evidence of coronavirus transmission through food. Coronaviruses need a host (animal or human) to grow in and cannot grow in food or drink. Coronaviruses are most commonly passed from person to person.

In line with Government guidance, our stores are open for drive thru, delivery, click and collect and takeaway. You can check location and operating hours of your nearest store here: https://www.krispykreme.co.uk/find-store You can also order online for nationwide delivery through our Krispy Kreme website or on-demand via our delivery partners; Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats. Throughout this period, we are committed to safely serving Krispy Kreme doughnuts to everyone who needs a little smile in their lives. We remain flexible and ready to adapt our services and operating hours as needed, as guidance evolves in different parts of the UK

Our priority is always to protect our staff and customers, and we have put in place a number of health, safety, hygiene and social distancing measures in our retail stores and at our manufacturing sites which align with all government guidance. We will continue to evolve our processes in line with the latest advice.

For customers; 2m social distancing floor and vertical signage is in place. For colleagues; perspex screens, PPE and other risk mitigation measures are in place to protect them and customers where 2m distancing is not always possible

Krispy Kreme Rewards

If you've a question about Krispy Kreme Rewards, then we've a selection of frequently asked questions below. For all other queries, please contact our Customer Care team.

We plan to relaunch the Rewards programme and an improved app and website once more of our shops are ready to open again. As soon as we know when that’s likely to be, we will let you know via email and through your mobile app.

Friends of Krispy Kreme is going to upgrade to a new and improved Rewards programme, Krispy Kreme Rewards. We can’t say more than that as we don’t want to ruin the surprise, but what it will mean is more of your fave doughnuts and tasty hot treats.

We're rolling out new packaging in the coming weeks to include packaging with unique codes that can be entered on our Rewards app to earn Smiles. The code can be found under the front flap of our boxes and is a code with letters and numbers and not the box barcode. These codes are unique and can only be used once. Please allow at least 15 minutes for Smiles to appear on your account after entering a code.

We have closed the app temporarily whilst we make essential improvements, keep it on your phone and you will be upgraded automatically when it’s ready! Your app on your iOS Apple or Android Smartphone will receive an upgrade and this will happen automatically or manually, depending on your settings. Your loyalty membership account will remain the same

We're currently unable to award Smiles through purchases with our delivery partners. Smiles are earned when purchasing in a Krispy Kreme store, online, via our app or at selected retail partners such as Tesco.

The old website has been shut down, during this time you won’t be able to login. Once we are ready to relaunch and completed the improvements, you will be able to login to your account as usual via the Rewards page on the Krispy Kreme website.

Until we more fully reopen our retail stores unfortunately you won’t be able to login to your account via your old Friends of Krispy Kreme app or website.

Unfortunately we need to disable the app and website account in order to make the changes we need. This means you temporarily won’t see your Rewards for a while until we more fully re-open our retail stores again. We still have all this information in our systems, none of your Rewards will be lost!

We've over 1 million loyalty members and felt it was time to offer a more modern programme that brings our members personalised rewards and more relevant offers. The Krispy Kreme Rewards programme also has a freshly updated mobile app that enables you to get closer to the magic of Krispy Kreme through social interaction and personal content just for members!

Yes – all your unclaimed Rewards that were still within validity dates will be available to claim when we are open again.

The redemption dates will be extended after we reopen and we will make sure you have plenty of time to redeem them.

The minimum age for joining Krispy Kreme Rewards is sixteen years of age. If you join the programme and are not yet 16, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and you will lose all earned rewards.

Rest assured, we have saved all of your Rewards – the info has not been lost – and will ensure you will be able to redeem everything you had available previously, should you choose to do so.

When we more fully reopen our retail stores again, we will relaunch our Rewards programme. At this point, if you have a Friends of Krispy Kreme card, this will work as before and your rewards account number will stay the same. Your app on your iOS Apple or Android smartphone will receive an upgrade - this will happen automatically or manually, depending on your settings.

Once we are in a position to re-open our stores, we will make sure you receive the like-for-like offers that you would have been sent after 23rd March (when shops closed). As with all the offers that will be made available in your Krispy Kreme Rewards account, these will include extended validity dates.

Yes it is possible to redeem your Welcome Reward when you sign up to Krispy Kreme Rewards at participating Tesco stores. When you select to redeem this reward at Tesco, you will be sent a single use link to print your voucher. Please note that this link will only work once so please ensure you have connected to a printer before trying to access.

All of our doughnuts are made fresh daily and taste best when fresh. Therefore, doughnuts can only be delivered on the day or picked up from store on the morning of your event. You can choose to either collect the doughnuts from one of our stores on the date of your event or have the doughnuts delivered by a same day courier. Delivery is an additional charge and prices depend on the location of your delivery address from one of our stores. Prices are based on mileage from a Krispy Kreme store and start from £20.

We provide full instructions and the full set up should take between 20—30 minutes.

At the moment, we offer 2 doughnut towers and 2 doughnut walls. Each of these products comes with 216 doughnuts in total. We do find that guests will often have 2 doughnuts (or 3!) so we wouldn’t worry too much about having lots left!

Yes, the doughnuts will be boxed in the factory, so they will arrive to your chosen store ready to be collected by yourselves, or a courier if you choose to have them delivered (additional charges apply).

Our tasty treats are made fresh daily so best eaten on day of purchase for optimum freshness, stored in original packaging at room temperature. Nutritional Information

If you've a question about our ingredients or nutritional data, then we've a selection of frequently asked questions below. For all other queries, please contact our Customer Care team.

We've been making great doughnuts since 1937, perfecting the work of our founder Vernon Rudloph for over 80 years. You can find out more about our doughnuts at the Our Doughnuts page or the Ingredients page of this website.

Krispy Kreme are completely committed to responsible and sustainable use of Palm Oil. We have complete traceability of any Palm Oil we use and 99.35% of it is from sustainable sources. Where it is not possible to source sustainable Palm Oil we offset by purchasing credits. We strive towards 100% sustainable Palm Oil in the future and we see continuous improvement in this area as a key part of our sustainability agenda.

You can find all our nutrition and allergen information by visiting the Ingredients page of the website. Alternatively, all of our doughnuts listed on the website contain detailed lists of allergens and nutritional data to enable you to make informed decisions about purchases.

We are always looking at ways of extending our portfolio of products to introduce different portion sizes of doughnuts. Our Krispy Kreme Bites (47 kcal per bite and 138 kcal per serving), is proving to be a popular, alternative choice for consumers. We have reduced sugar by 6% from 2015 to present day and will continue to look at ways to reduce sugar in our glazes, kremes and icings, in pursuit of the Public Health England target of 20% by 2020, whilst protecting the same irresistibly great taste of our original sweet treats!

Although Krispy Kreme Doughnuts does not source palm oil directly from palm mills / palm plantations, we will continue to work in tandem with our suppliers to ensure continued adherence to the above principles and standards. Our current efforts are focused exclusively on our shortening suppliers as they represent greater than 95% of our palm usage. We continue to work exclusively with the RSPO on our ongoing efforts to reach our goal of responsibly sourcing 100% of our palm oil through a combination of RSPO certified segregated supply, RSPO mass balance mixed-source supply, and the purchase of RSPO Book & Claim credits—a goal we completed globally starting in 2015. You can follow our progress here: https://rspo.org/members/3094/Krispy-Kreme-Doughnut-Corporation.

We have reduced sugar by 6% from 2015 to present day and will continue to look at ways to reduce sugar in our glazes, kremes and icings, in pursuit of the Public Health England target of 20% by 2020, whilst protecting the same irresistibly great taste of our original sweet treats!

We are focused on providing clear allergen information in-store, on our cabinets and online. Full nutritional and allergen information is available on our website in an easily downloadable format. We have already started trialing calorie information on our menus and are looking to implement this across the estate later in 2020.

We are working towards the Public Health England targets of calorie reduction where possible. We are focused on reducing calories where we can and none of our doughnuts are over 400kcal with 44% of our range under 325kcal. We intend to work towards 60% by 2022 and 70% by 2025 being under 325kcals.

Krispy Kreme is an indulgent brand and not a daily treat. We believe in a sensible approach to living well, through a balance of energy in and out. We encourage our customers to share our irresistibly original doughnuts and spread the joy even further!

Yes, our coffee is ethically sourced and Rainforest Alliance Certified, which means we meet rigorous environmental and social standards. We only buy top quality beans and pay a fair price for them, purchasing all of our coffees at more than Fairtrade base price. Much of the coffee is purchased directly from the farm cooperatives using the expertise of our coffee roaster.

We are committed to working with our suppliers to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare throughout our supply chain. We only source 100% free range eggs for our doughnut mix in the UK and Ireland. Where possible, we buy our raw materials from British and Irish farmers throughout the year, to ensure we are supporting local farming communities and reducing our carbon footprint

Our doughnuts are suitable for vegetarians who follow an ovo-lacto vegetarian diet.

We consider our products to be suitable for anyone who follows a Halal diet, however we are not Halal certified.

We consider our products to be suitable for anyone who follows a Kosher diet, however we are not Kosher certified.

We do not use any artificial colours in our doughnuts. Our edible doughnut toppers contain artificial colouring - they may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. We are currently reviewing flavourings and preservatives with our suppliers and removing any artificial additives where possible. If you require information regarding specific ingredients please contact our Customer Care team.

Gluten is present in all of our products since one of our main ingredients is wheat flour and not suitable for a Gluten-free diet.

Please be aware that some of our products do contain peanuts and other nuts. These are clearly labelled in store and on our website. All our doughnuts therefore do carry a risk that they may contain nuts and are therefore not suitable for nut and peanut allergy sufferers due to manufacturing methods.

Krispy Kreme uses 100% cage free, free range eggs in the UK.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are always made fresh daily and best enjoyed on day of purchase. There's nothing quite like a warm OG, so we'd say that fridge stored doughnuts will never taste as good!

Corporate Responsibility

If you've a question about Krispy Kreme's approach to being a responsible business, then we've a selection of frequently asked questions below. For all other queries, please contact our Customer Care team.

Action on Modern Slavery We appreciate the importance of taking action to combat all aspects of modern slavery. Krispy Kreme has HR policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation concerning rights at work. We are also working on a new IT system to further strengthen our auditing capability in this area. Additionally, no person below the minimum legal age shall be employed and no one under the age of 18 will be employed where specific workplace conditions apply (nightshift, machinery).

We have a goal of halving the plastic in our business by 2025. We have already made positive steps in this area targeting Reduce, Reuse and Replace initiatives and we will continue to build on this momentum. In 2020 we will remove 20 tonnes of plastic from our business. In 2019 we have replaced 1.6 million plastic straws with recyclable paper straws, saving 6 tonnes of plastic. In 2020 we will replace our plastic cups for milkshakes and chillers and move to a paper format, saving 11 tonnes of plastic. We will also be launching new cup lids that are made from 30% recycled material.

We are proud that our doughnuts are made fresh daily to ensure we give our customers the high quality experience that they expect from Krispy Kreme. We use sophisticated demand planning tools to try to reduce the occurrence of waste, targeting a 5% waste reduction across our cabinet business. At the majority of our sites any unsold or unacceptable quality doughnuts are recycled by Leafield Feeds Ltd to be used as a component of animal feed. 25% of our company food waste is sent for Anaerobic Digestion and converted into bio-fuel and overall 94% of our food waste is diverted from landfill.

Our global FUNdraising programme has been at the heart of our business since day one and has been helping the nation fundraise since 2003. The FUNdraising programme offers discounted dozens for charities, community groups and individuals, making it easy for them to sell our Original Glazed doughnuts and make money for causes close to their hearts. Over the last sixteen years, we have provided 700,000 Dozen boxes to help the nation fundraise. Since 2016, we have been delighted to support Teenager Cancer Trust Support, raising over £150,000 for this incredible charity. This amount funds 5,000-6,000 hours of specialist care from either a Teenage Cancer Trust nurse or Youth Support Coordinator, helping to treat and support young people dealing with cancer. In 2018 and 2019, we joined forces with BBC Children in Need to raise £50,000. This was achieved through Krispy Kremers fundraising across the country, creating Pudsey doughnuts (where a % went directly to the charity), and selling fundraising boxes to help the nation to raise money.

Our people are at the heart of our communities and we encourage them to build relationships with local charities. Krispy Kreme Area Managers are the charity champions for their regions and are responsible for ‘Love Your Community’ calendars which communicate and drive fundraising through our stores. The area and store with the highest funds raised will be recognised at our Company Conference with a “Love your Community” Award. During the Corona pandemic we created a pledge to serve half a million smiles (or doughnuts!) to good causes which we achieved on 18th May. We plan to continue this good work we pledge to serve a million smiles per year through doughnut donations, our new volunteer scheme and discounts off our menus for NHS, police and firefighter personnel.
