Operations Managers

As the cornerstone of each Krispy Kreme Hub and Spoke community, you'll balance a complex set of responsibilities, ranging from hands-on leadership of your team to reporting to the board of directors. Managing over £100,000 of revenue each week, it'll be up to you to maximise profitability, raise local brand awareness and ensure that our guests have a delightfully unique experience. In return, we'll give you genuine scope and freedom to make your mark.

Senior Wholesale Managers

If you've great business acumen, love autonomy and like your fair share of variety and challenge, this is the role for you. Supporting the Operations Manager, you'll have full responsibility for all back-of-house activity and the sales of all doughnuts not sold in a Krispy Kreme store. To sum this position up, you'll need to be a manufacturing expert, product quality guru, logistical specialist and a forecasting master, not to mention great at forging relationships with our retail partners, such as Tesco, Moto and Welcome Break.

Senior Retail Manager

Based in the Hub's retail location, you'll lead from the front, motivating your team to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is just perfect. You'll ensure that our Doughnut Theatre is well hosted, that the store is an integral part of the local community and collaborate with our campaign manager to design innovative local marketing initiatives.

Production Managers

Every week our product managers oversee the creation of up to 100,000 perfectly formed, batch-cooked, hand-finished doughnuts. You'll have complete ownership of a bespoke Krispy Kreme production line, keeping it exceptionally well-maintained and learning to love even the smallest of its idiosyncrasies. But that's not all, you'll also be committed to developing each and every one of your production and processing specialists that create our great-tasting doughnuts.

Retail Managers

Working closely with the senior retail manager in the Hub store, you'll bring the guest experience to life. It's a role with plenty of variety. You'll be involved in everything from developing and inspiring your team, creating brand magic for all customers and employees whilst being accountable for delivering and exceeding brand standards.

Fresh Shop Manager

Our fresh shops, also known as our'Spokes', are coffee-shop stores with deliciously fresh doughnuts supplied every single morning from the Hub. An important part of the area management team, you'll report to the senior general manager and have full profit and loss responsibility for one or two stores. You'll need a real passion for the brand, top drawer commercial acumen and an inspirational leadership style.


You'll be the one that keeps everything running smoothly. Something of an organisational wizard, you'll support the Operations Manager with everything from cash and stock control to payroll and handling customer feedback, as well as manage all fundraising orders. It's a busy role, but with your brilliant multi-tasking skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to work with any and every one, it should be a breeze.
