An Introduction

If you've heard of doughnuts, you've probably heard of Krispy Kreme. We started making them in the USA in 1937 but it wasn't until 2003 that we arrived in the UK.

We now have over 1600 employees and 90 stores all around the UK with continued growth plans over the next three years. To support our expansion, we're going to need even more passionate, positive people who want to spread some Krispy Kreme magic.

To ensure our 16 different doughnuts and outstanding coffee always hit the spot, we've created an environment for our people that's as much about having a good time as it is about taking pride in a job well done. The Krispy Kreme culture is based around a few shared values:

Our people create moments that bring some Krispy Kreme magic to both our customers' and colleagues' lives. They're passionate about all that they do, believe in the quality of our doughnuts and coffee and have a 'no compromise' attitude towards all aspects of their work. Whatever their role, our people take the initiative and demonstrate their creativity, resourcefulness, autonomy, expertise and problem-solving skills. We also believe that it's important to celebrate the successes by running local incentive schemes and a national annual awards ceremony.
