    For over 70 years, customers have been enjoying Krispy Kreme doughnuts made from premium ingredients. In order to keep you as informed as we can, we have included nutritional information for our doughnuts on this site.

    Ingredient Information

    • We use 100% vegetable shortening (blend of palm and hydrogenated rape) in our doughnuts. The level of trans fat in our doughnuts is less than 0.5%.
    • Alcohol – There is no alcohol in the finished product.
    • Vegetarian – Our doughnuts are suitable for vegetarians.
    • Halal - Although we use a flavouring that contains ethyl alcohol at 0.02% the alcohol is lost during the cooking process.  Although the products are not Halal approved we consider the end products to be suitable for the Halal diet but we leave it to the discerning consumer to decide.

    Allergen Information

    • Doughnuts contain: wheat, egg, milk. Doughnuts may contain: sulphur dioxide, antioxidants, colours, flavourings & preservatives. We do not knowingly add nuts to our doughnuts, however we cannot guarantee a 100% nut free environment.
    • DoughnutWhilst we consider our products are suitable for a Kosher diet, we are not Kosher approved.
    • All monoglycerides, diglycerides and enzymes are vegetable based. The lecithin we use is soy based.
