Krispy Kreme UK Limited issue various forms of discount media as part of promotional and/or loyalty campaigns to our customers. The participation in schemes and use of the discount media is subject to the following general standard terms and conditions in addition to specific terms and conditions listed below:
a) Participation in and use of discount scheme/media is restricted to Krispy Kreme stores only and does not include Selfridges/House of Fraser/Tesco/Moto/Welcome Break or WH Smith’s unless otherwise specified.
b) Each form of discount scheme/media will have a valid to/from date or an expiry date. Any discount scheme/media presented for redemption after the expiry date will be at the discretion of the Store Manager.
c) Notwithstanding the printed expiry date of discount scheme/media, Krispy Kreme UK Limited reserves the right to continue the scheme/media if stocks of the media remain undistributed whereupon the discretion of the Store Managers will prevail with regard to the redemption of the media without implying any formal/legal extension of the expiry date.
d) The customer must present the completed discount media to the server prior to ordering product(s) that confers a full/part discount against a product(s).
e) The customer must surrender the discount media to the server to retain as evidence of the entitlement to the discount given.
f) Every effort will be made to supply the customer with the product(s) requested upon presentation of related discount media but in the event the store does not have the requested product(s) an alternative of similar value will be offered.
g) Discount media is not transferable or saleable and may only be redeemed once, the cash value of discount media is 0.00001p per coupon/voucher.
h) Any discount media presented to a server for redemption that appears to have been falsified in any way may be refused at the discretion of the server or Store Manager.
i) Krispy Kreme UK Limited reserves the right to alter, amend, cancel and interpret the standard and specific discount media terms at any time and any decision made by the employees will be final and binding.
j) By making a purchase and accepting a form of discount media that has been duly marked by a server to record the purchase the customer agrees to participate in and accept the terms of the discount media as detailed above. Nothing in the above terms will affect your statutory rights.
k) Any instructions, terms and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to discount media will form part of the standard terms above and the specific discount media set out separately below, in the event of any conflict the terms laid out on this page of the website will take precedent.
l) The redemption of discounts and discount media cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers at the discretion of the Store Manager.

Specific T&C’s relating to individual promotional loyalty schemes/discount media

1) Loyalty card coffee

Standard terms a) to l) above apply together with the additional specific terms/amendments:
m) amended to allow qualifying purchases of drinks in Selfridges stores to be included as a valid purchase.
n) A coffee loyalty card will be provided to each customer upon request whenever a Krispy Kreme hot drink is purchased (coffee/tea/hot chocolate).
o) A completed loyalty card with evidence of 5 normal full price hot drink purchases entitles the customer to 1 free medium regular coffee/tea/hot chocolate.
p) Any completed loyalty cards presented for redemption after the scheme expires will be at the discretion of the store manager for a maximum period of 2/3 months as a new hot drinks loyalty program will be in effect. All old scheme cards will be void after this date subject to (q) below.
q) Upon transfer between an old loyalty card and a new loyalty card the Store Manager will have the discretion for a period of 3 months to issue a customer a new card and to record on that card the number of drinks that the customer has already accumulated on an old loyalty card whereupon the customer will be required to surrender the old card in exchange for the new card.

2) Gift Cards (Green/Red/Gold)

Standard terms a) to l) above apply together with the additional specific terms/amendments:
m) The cards can be redeemed at all Krispy Kreme stores including Selfridges but excluding Tesco’s, Moto, Welcome Break and WH Smith.
n) Gift cards must be presented to the server to punch out the doughnuts being redeemed.
o) Gift card redemptions are restricted for each card as follows:
i) Green cards: the card entitles the customer to 1 doughnut of their choice per month for a calendar year from the date of purchase of the card. No more than 3 doughnuts can be redeemed at any one time unless the whole card is surrendered for a dozen box of doughnuts.
ii) Red cards: the card entitles the customer to 1 dozen box of doughnuts of their choice per month for a calendar year from the date of purchase of the card. No more than 3 boxes of doughnuts can be redeemed at any one time.
iii) Gold card: the card entitles the customer to 1 double dozen box of doughnuts comprising 1 dozen of Original Glaze and 1 dozen Assorted doughnuts per month for a calendar year from the date of purchase of the card. No more than 3 double dozen boxes of doughnuts can be redeemed at any one time.

3) Complimentary Assorted Dozen / Original Glazed Dozen / Doughnut & Drink

Standard terms a) to l) above apply together with the additional specific terms/amendments:
m) The cards can be redeemed at all Krispy Kreme stores including Selfridges but excluding Tesco’s, Moto, Welcome Break and WH Smith.
n) Only one voucher can be redeemed per person per day and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
o) Only valid until at the specified store and date as printed on the voucher

4) Specific Customer Group Discount Media

Krispy Kreme UK Limited offers unique discount media to certain customer groups often as a result of reciprocal discount arrangements provided each customer presents valid identification to the server that clearly verifies they belong to the customer groups detailed below:
Standard terms a) to l) above apply together with the additional specific terms/amendments:
i) Exlusive Retail Partner Discount Cards, including but not limited to: Network Rail, Selfridges, BAA: Double Dozen (1 x Assorted Dozen & 1 x Original Glazed Dozen) for £11.95, plus coffee loyalty card as per the specific terms outlined in 1. Loyalty Card Coffee with clause o) amended to 4 full price normal hot drink purchases
iii) Student: 10% discount on the total bill upon presentation of an NUS Student Card
iv) Uniform: 30% discount on the total bill for uniformed and on duty emergency service staff
v) Neighborhood/Centre Discounts: 10% discount in selected retail discount schemes upon presentation of an official staff card
