Krispy Kreme is at your disposal to assist with the responsibilities of planning your forthcoming fundraiser.
All fundraising orders and agreements are made upon, and subject to, the rules and regulations of Krispy
Kreme UK Fundraising Programme as they may be in effect from time to time, and the following regulations:
All orders must be completed 7(seven) days in advance. The date and time of the fundraiser is subject to
availability and to approval by Krispy Kreme.
The quantity ordered will not be subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. If the final
count is not received 7 (seven) days prior to the event, Krispy Kreme cannot guarantee to fulfil the order.
All fundraising orders must be picked up within one hour of agreed-upon pick up time or they will be
considered cancelled. Cancellations must be received by the providing store no later than 4 (four) days
prior to scheduled pick up. Cancelled orders received less than 3 (three) days in advance are subject to
a charge of 50% of the total purchase price. Orders not picked up within one hour of agreed-upon pick
up time will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total purchase price.
Payment in full for fundraising orders must be made on the day of scheduled pick-up.
Payment may be made by any conventional method - cash, debit or credit card, cheque with cheque card.
If, for any reason, Krispy Kreme is unable to fulfil your order, we will do our utmost to work with you to
rectify the situation.
In order to receive the fundraising discount the following criteria must be met:
The freshness of a Krispy Kreme doughnut is paramount. To ensure this we make them fresh each day and
the fundraising doughnuts that you buy must be resold by you within 12 hours.
The same terms and conditions are valid where applicable to the fundraising programme when vouchers
are purchased instead of doughnuts.
Your organisation can participate in the fundraising programme once per calendar month unless
otherwise agreed.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. If, for any reason, you don't sell all your doughnuts, why not
share them with your volunteers?
